A Celebration of Life for Brother Roy Willingham, Sr., former Mayor of Emelle who passed away, Sunday, February 15, 2026 will be 12:00 p.m. Saturday, February 28, 2026 the New Jones Baptist Church in Emelle. Reverend Coley Rogers, Sr., Church Pastor is to officiate. Interment to follow in Jerusalem Baptist Church Cemetery in Emelle with Military Honors. Public viewing and visitation will be 2-4:00 p.m. Friday, February 27, 2026 at McInnis Mortuary, Livingston. He will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the Church. McInnis Mortuary of Livingston is entrusted with all arrangements.
