Dushand Elizabeth Richardson Smith

A Celebration of Life for Dushand Elizabeth Richardson Smith of Geiger who passed away Wednesday, April 17, 2024 will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Mount Calvary Baptist Church in Geiger.  Reverend Garry Parker, Church Pastor.  Reverend James C Rice is to officiate.  Interment to follow in the Greene Chapel Cemetery in Scooba, Mississippi.  Public viewing and visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Friday, April 26, 2024 at McInnis Mortuary in Livingston.  She will lie in state one hour prior to service time at the Church.   McInnis Mortuary of Livingston is entrusted with all arrangements.

She leaves to cherish her memory; Eight daughters, Jo Lynn Smith, Meridian, Mississippi, Maggie (William) Dale. Scooba, Mississippi, Linda (Willie) Cook, York, Alabama, Shirley Smith, Columbus, Mississippi, Lorraine (Melvin) Wright, Geiger, Alabama, Glenda Smith, Ethelsville, Alabama, Diane Smith, Nashville, Tennessee, and Darlene Smith, Montgomery, Alabama; five sons, Joseph (Minnie) Smith and Willie Smith, Geiger, Alabama, Lonnie (Susan) Smith, Linden, North Carolina, Al (Linda), Centreville, Alabama, and Reginald (Alesia) Smith, Tuscaloosa, Alabama.  Three sisters, Luevenia (Joseph) Kirkland and Zura (William) Little, Geiger, Alabama, and Geneva Rice, Artesia, Mississippi and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
