A Celebration of Life for Johnny Harris of York who passed away Friday, July 15, 2022. Graveside Funeral Service for Brother Harris will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Black Bluff Cemetery in Whitfield. Reverend Robert Pearce, Jr. is to officiate, McInnis Mortuary of Livingston is entrusted with all arrangements. Public viewing and visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Friday, July 22, 2022 at McInnis Mortuary in Livingston.


He will always be remembered by his wife for more than twenty-four years; Patricia Ormond Harris, numerous children he help rear as his own, Alberta Ward, Keith Ward, Sandra Ward, Wanda Ward, William “Sonny” (Penny) Ormond, Willie Ormond, Jr., Donald Thompson, Aretha (Bolaji) Kukoji, his sisters; Cherry Coleman, Winnie (Nathan), Ward, Alabama, his brother, Harold Marilyn) along with numerous grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
