Leon Scales June 17, 1959 - January 18, 2023

A Celebration of Life for Leon Scales of York who passed away, Wednesday, January 18, 2023 was 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 28, 2023 in the Gymnasium of Sumter Central High School in York. Reverend Connith Robinson, pastor of Abundant Life Church in York officiated. Interment followed in Mays Cemetery in Livingston. McInnis Mortuary of Livingston was entrusted with all arrangements.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Debra Scales, six children; Deauntaye Cook, Stephanie Jackson, Shanetta Jackson, Arisha Croom, Renauldo Scales, Denauldo Scales; two step-sons; W B Clark, Jr and Jamie (Kemyatta) Cook. One sister Shirley (Tommie) Carter, Sr., one brother; James (Brenda) Scales; grandchildren, great grandchildren other relatives and friends.
