McInnis Mortuary announce with heartfelt and sincere sympathy the passing Mildred J Carter of Livingston who passed away Thursday, September 1, 2022. A Graveside Funeral Service of Celebration will be Twelve Noon Saturday, September 10, 2022 at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Livingston. Reverend Mitchell Carter is to officiate with McInnis Mortuary of Livingston directing.


Cherishing her Memory are her children; Myron Carter, Kimberly Carter and Melissa Carter, her sister Flora Carter and her brother Jerimiah Carter along with her grandchildren other relatives and friends.
